Operated by: CodeCraft Advisory LLC
Effective Date: November 4, 2026
Last Updated: November 4, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Webinar by ToolWorldOnline, including the website at https://webinar.toolworldonline.com/, user accounts, webinar rooms, and related features (together, the "Service").
By creating an account, hosting a webinar, joining a webinar, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Who We Are
The Service is operated by:
Legal Company Name: CodeCraft Advisory LLC
Website: https://webinar.toolworldonline.com/
Parent Website: https://www.toolworldonline.com/
Legal Contact: legal@toolworldonline.com
Jurisdiction: New Mexico, United States.
In these Terms, "we", "us", and "our" refer to CodeCraft Advisory LLC. "You" means any person or organization that uses the Service, including webinar hosts and attendees.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.
You must be of legal age to form a binding contract to purchase a paid subscription.
If you use the Service on behalf of a company, school, or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf, and "you" includes that organization.
3. Your Account
To host webinars, you need an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and current information, including a valid email address.
- Keep your password confidential and not share your account with others.
- Notify us promptly at legal@toolworldonline.com if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
- Take responsibility for all activity that happens under your account.
Attendees may join webinars without an account, using a display name and, where the host requires it, a registration.
We may require you to confirm your email address before hosting.
4. The Service
The Service lets hosts schedule and run live webinars in a web browser, and lets attendees join them. Features may include live audio and video, screen sharing, chat, reactions, a whiteboard, registration, reminders, invitations, and attendance reports.
Features differ between plans and may change over time. Some features described on our website may be introduced gradually or may not yet be available on every plan.
We may add, change, or remove features, and we may temporarily suspend parts of the Service for maintenance, security, or reasons outside our control.
5. Plans, Limits and Fair Use
We offer a free plan and paid subscription plans. Current plan details, including attendee limits, session length, monthly attendee minutes, and recording allowances, are published on our Pricing page.
Please note:
- Every plan has limits. No plan offers unlimited usage.
- Webinars end automatically when the session length for your plan is reached.
- The free plan relies on shared capacity. During periods of high demand, or when shared monthly capacity is used up, new free webinars may be temporarily unavailable until capacity resets.
- Monthly allowances reset at the start of each billing or calendar month as described on the Pricing page. Unused allowances do not carry over.
- We may limit or pause usage that is abusive, automated, or places an unreasonable load on the Service.
6. Payments and Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis, in U.S. dollars, at the price shown on the Pricing page when you subscribe.
Payments are currently processed through PayPal. By paying, you also agree to PayPal's terms and policies. We do not store your full payment card details.
After a successful payment, your plan is activated on your account. Activation may take up to one business day.
You may cancel a subscription at any time through PayPal or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals; your paid plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which your account returns to the free plan.
We may change subscription prices. Any price change will apply from your next billing period, and we will give you reasonable notice before it takes effect.
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase, except taxes on our income.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Break any law or regulation, or encourage others to do so.
- Share content that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or that exploits or harms minors.
- Infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights.
- Run scams, phishing, pyramid schemes, or deceptive promotions.
- Send spam or unsolicited invitations in bulk.
- Record, capture, or share other participants' audio, video, or content without their knowledge and any consent required by law.
- Impersonate any person or organization.
- Upload malware or attempt to interfere with, overload, probe, or bypass the security of the Service.
- Access the Service with bots or scrapers, or resell the Service, without our written permission.
- Create multiple free accounts to get around plan limits.
Hosts are responsible for the conduct of their webinars, including moderating attendees and removing anyone who breaks these rules.
8. Your Content
"Your Content" means anything you or your attendees share through the Service, such as webinar titles and descriptions, audio, video, shared screens, images, chat messages, whiteboard content, and profile information.
You keep ownership of Your Content. You give us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, transmit, process, and display Your Content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service for you.
You confirm that you have the rights needed to share Your Content and that it does not violate these Terms or anyone else's rights.
We do not review all content, but we may remove content or restrict access when we reasonably believe it violates these Terms or the law.
9. Recordings and Participant Privacy
Where recording is available on your plan, the host decides whether to record a webinar.
Hosts who record, or who collect attendee information through registration, are responsible for:
- Telling participants when a webinar is being recorded.
- Obtaining any consent required by applicable law.
- Using attendee information lawfully and in line with their own privacy obligations.
How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
10. Third-Party Services
The Service relies on third-party providers, including Cloudflare for hosting and real-time communication and PayPal for payments. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, or content that you access through links on the Service.
11. Our Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, logos, and the names "ToolWorld", "ToolWorldOnline", and "Webinar by ToolWorldOnline", belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law.
These Terms give you a personal, non-transferable right to use the Service as intended. They do not give you any right to copy, modify, reverse engineer, or use our branding without our written permission.
If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them freely without any obligation to you.
12. Copyright Complaints
If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, please email legal@toolworldonline.com with:
- Your contact details.
- A description of the copyrighted work.
- The link or webinar where the material appears.
- A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We may remove the material and, in appropriate cases, close the accounts of repeat infringers.
13. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us.
We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you break these Terms, create risk or legal exposure for us or other users, fail to pay amounts due, or if we are required to by law.
If we terminate a paid subscription without cause, we will refund the unused part of your current paid period.
When your account ends, your right to use the Service stops, and we may delete your account data as described in our Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
14. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available".
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Live webinars depend on internet connections, devices, browsers, and third-party networks. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any particular time, or that any webinar, recording, or data will never be lost.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to the Service.
- Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or US $50.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
16. Indemnity
You agree to defend and hold harmless CodeCraft Advisory LLC and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your webinars, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or of anyone else's rights.
17. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Before starting any formal proceeding, please contact us at legal@toolworldonline.com so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Mexico, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing in this section limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws where you live.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will publish the revised Terms on this page and update the "Last Updated" date.
If a change is material, we will give reasonable notice, for example by email or a notice on the Service. By continuing to use the Service after the changes take effect, you accept the revised Terms.
19. General
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service.
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may transfer ours in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
20. Contact Us
