What to Include in a Support Request
- The email address of your Webinar account (if you have one).
- The webinar link or title, and whether you were the host or an attendee.
- Your browser and operating system, and whether you used a computer, tablet, or phone.
- What you expected to happen, what actually happened, and the approximate date and time (with your time zone).
- Any error message, and a screenshot if it helps. Please hide other participants' private information.
For billing questions, also include the PayPal transaction ID or the date and amount of the payment.
Please do not send passwords, full payment card numbers, government ID documents, or confidential files.
Privacy and Legal Requests
For a privacy request, send it from the email address linked to your account if possible, and tell us what you would like us to do (for example, access, correct, or delete your information). We may ask for reasonable information to verify your identity. Requests are handled within the time required by applicable law.
For a copyright, abuse, or other legal complaint, include the webinar link or page URL, a description of the content or conduct, an explanation of your rights or concern, and a way to contact you. Copyright notices should follow Section 12 of our Terms of Service.
What Happens When You Contact Us
The email links on this page open your own email application. This page does not send messages automatically or store anything you type.
We aim to reply to support and billing emails within 2 business days. We do not provide live, emergency, or real-time monitoring of webinars through these inboxes. If something goes wrong during a live webinar, the host can end the session and start it again from the dashboard.
